New back-office technology processes thousands of appraisals daily

ZOOqueue is a back-office agent that automates numerous administrative functions including routing, review, and exception handling. ZOOqueue is currently in production—processing thousands of appraisal reports daily.

The back-office agent accommodates secure files including the new HUD forms and the 1004C Manufactured Housing Addendum. In addition to its administrative functionality, ZOOqueue also features an XML integration toolkit to bridge any loan origination system or production system.

ACI's appraisal technology has gained industry-wide recognition as well as support from the leading national appraisal companies because it enables a lender or appraisal provider to extend an invitation to a critical mass of electronically enabled appraisers without requiring the appraisers to learn and manage multiple appraisal software programs. Using ACI's universal appraisal delivery system, the appraiser has the opportunity to proof the report and attach an electronic signature before sending the complete report via the preferred delivery method. The standard ZOO file is a comprehensive package including the report, addendum, sketch, limiting conditions, photos, maps, and electronic signature.
