New back-office technology processes thousands of appraisals daily

rollout of ZOOqueue to several financial institutions and national appraisal
companies. ZOOqueue is a back-office agent that automates numerous administrative
functions including routing, review, and exception handling. ZOOqueue
is currently in production—processing thousands of appraisal reports
daily.

Manufactured Housing Addendum. In addition to its administrative functionality,
ZOOqueue also features an XML integration toolkit to bridge any loan origination
system or production system.
